For me Eric should start with 100% on Mom, 25% on Alice (because money) and 10% on Lisa. At 20% on Alice, she will allow him buy her lingerie, at 30% she will show herself without a bra and on 40% she will show herself without panties, leading into the Massage, at 60% she will exchange "favors" with him for stuff, up until it gets to 80% where he fucks her and at 100% he has full dominance on her. Same with Lisa. It should be very hard for you to stop him from attacking all 3 of them, but that's where Kira comes in, she will help you reduce Erics influence on your family, by increasing your own. Seems a very interesting mechanic, if he decides to go that route.

I like it to be somewhat of a challenge but not hardcore. I don't think he should be able to have his way with all of them before you can do anything. Then you the player would only get sloppy seconds, and put the game in a genre for a while not my style.
But it could be like that if you play the game in that way. However that is not how I would like to play it, as I reckon you and others have guessed. I think we should have the chance to stop it before it happens, mom being the exception. We shall see how it goes.

We all have different tastes, fetishes, and as of now it seems the game is catering to several of them.

I actually love and hate Eric, he is a great villain. I have an issue with how he gains influence, part of it is bad story background for me. I would be more up for an improved Eric if the conflict was dynamic. I really don't know that you can do that in a Renpy game. If you can then it would require lots of coding and tons of choices. I also think that DS needs to concentrate on Max for a bit. The game is about Max trying to seduce the ladies. Not about Max comparing his junk with Eric. After all most of us are playing because we want to seduce them not watch Eric seduce them. Overall I just look at how well the game has started and hope that DS will continue to make good decisions, if that changes... on to another game.

My first thought to change his influence would be to have it scale. So it should start slow and you should have the chance to get ahead of him. But he should start seeing gains faster the longer he is in play. The idea is he would start learning more about them and they would start becoming comfortable with him. I mean come on he came out of no where, seduced their mother FROM NO WHERE, showering them with gifts and asking for sex. Basically Alice is a prostitute and Ann is pimping out her youngest. Does not feel right to me. Also I don't think he should reveal is military plan to the family, especially Alice and Liza. This stranger comes in and on the first or second meeting your brother is being threatened with military camp, having his manhood insulted by a stranger? This should be a huge influence hit for Eric and make them all more suspicious of Eric. How would any of us respond if someone we don't know, all of a sudden starts that stuff with friends or family?

My apologies TCMS, I thought BB was written on a Renpy platform. I take it from your response that I was incorrect. So I will rephrase it. Due to the choice system in the game, I am not sure how dynamic you can make the conflict. If you can make it dynamic there would have to be huge amounts of click type responses with many branches. Rather unreasonable.

No it is called ignorance of game systems. I am fairly sure I have a much better understanding of many systems and structures than anyone else, games are something I am learning. I have played all of the above, the structure of the game reminds me of some other games that I believe are Renpy, so I made an error. There was no point in making the lazy statement, so your statement is basically... I don't mean to insult you by calling you fat, but you should lose a few pounds.

This sounds more like a story and writing problem, but I agree the pacing is wrong. It would be great if DS would get a solid writer and english translator.

Yeah, the plot is kinda lol regarding how Eric just swoops in and is king. It doesn't make sense, I think he did it that way to make the player feel threatened.

Regarding how the characters react, it's the classic porn reaction. Don't know of another way to explain it except bad writing. But I have enjoyed the game thus far, well almost. The whole Alice and Eric thing is just lol. I can live with Ann(mother) being used, she has apparently a broken past. The others has not, so go figure.

My understanding is no, at this point you have Alice in bathroom. In one run I had Kira in bathroom, but the Kira scens all repeated. Last update I found that the Kira scenes did not repeat. If anyone has had a different result, I an interested in hearing more.
