Well there is suspension of disbelief. In twilight, vampires are real. If farting rainbow unicorns showed up in twilight it would be bad writing, because they dont exist in that universe.

...What appeals to me about the genre is that there is no question whatsoever whether the two characters love each other. Unconditional love does exist, I have it for each of my family members. I don't try anything with them because this is just a fantasy... but anyways you have the unconditional love in play and then you just mix in natural lusts and hormones. Its a recipe for a long lasting romantic relationship. So regardless of what happens there is that bond to fall back on.

The thing about Incest is the fact you already HAVE a love and bond with the family member...So it isn't about falling in love it is about changing the nature of that love to be sexual and more than it currently is. And that is a PERFECT challenge to use as a game mechanism! Incest Genre is mostly an adventure and the sex is nothing more than a climax to the actual story of the pursuit.

In most (Good) Incest stories the actual sex doesn't happen until the very end. The majority of the story is about the game of hinting, reading hints, getting into a situation where the sex could and does eventually happen.
Some Examples:

1. Peeping on a relative and getting caught leading to a discussion of sexual urges and needing to satisfy them.
2. Stealing underwear and being confronted.
3. Being teased by a family member who seems sexually interested in you and finding a way to confirm your suspicion.
4. Finding out a secret that they are turned on by the idea they would never consider sharing and convincing them that it is ok to explore those fantasies for real.
5. Sexual Education and discussion (Lisa path but would be good if Max was getting trained as well)
6. And yes Sexual Frustration (seen this update)
7. Blackmail (pretty much the entire game so far)
8. Drunkedness (Alice in the Bathroom after clubbing)
9. and Force

So many ways to get there but this game only uses one method. Extortion or Force!
You blackmail your sisters to see their tits.
Your older sister is FORCED to first blow you by her Girlfriend and then you are both FORCED to fuck so you can get rid of Eric.
Your Mom is FORCED to do Porn with you because she needs money.

The only two women you don't have to FORCE into Sex is Kira which is a one time fuck and a repeatable Olivia on a path that is going nowhere and will never make sense with the story he just told in this release.
There is far more for BDSM fans here than there is for Incest fans.

You don't see those magically seduced characters complaining throughout the scene while you are fucking them because they would rather be doing anything other than fucking you!

That's precisely it. It's not organized. Whatsoever. Story wise and concept wise.

He's built an over abundance of "opportunities" that he now has to merge because he can't balance them all. He's cancelled the Eric ones, which now just take up space, and hasn't done anything about others since version 5 or so. He's basically allowed these polls to dictate the way he lives his life at this point. And each scenario feels too far apart to where you're just clicking through endless bullshit to only end up blueballed or end up with the same repetition of events you've seen over and over again in different ways.

(Ex: Sex Ed with Ann is basically the same thing every time. Lisa taunts Ann. Ann is shocked. Max feels good and inner monologues about it. Ann suspects Max. Max plays dumb. Rinse, repeat)

There's no organization and introducing more characters, like he's been doing the past few versions, ain't helping that issue at all.

There's a wealth of children's literature featuring highly anthropomorphised animals, and of course there's furries, whose tastes range from 'glued-on tail' to 'talking animal'. I just don't get your position here.

You're right that words and phrases have meanings. But the meaning of the phrase 'romance novel' doesn't include 'Asphyx would enjoy it'. I can't imagine wanting to read a romance novel with a bull mastiff dropping red roses at a girl's feet, fetching her bottles of white wine and panting 'Ruff, ruff, I ruv woo", but I'm sure they exist. And they are romance novels.

Strange, DS took his time to start with the previews this month. He probably took a few days off after the new year. Or he is increasing his focus on Glamour which wouldn't be good for the last updates of BB.

So after the fake olivia update which was actually focused on Ann we will get even more of the best MILF? I'm not complaining but I wonder what else we will get because DS take on thematic update is quite diferente from what I originally thought, maybe Olivia will get something and won't be forgotten by months.

I think it's because of the falling patron's quantity. As you could see in previous update there were a lot of Olivia's stuff, but closer to release Ann's events were added. And he knows that probably most of the players want more scenes with only Ann, instead of new and new lessons of sucking with Kira/Ann. It was just the matter of time, when patron's will stop their subscribtions because of milking their money by teasing them with Ann pictures. But one update by another there were just small amount of Ann actions, because he knows that sex with her will be something like point to stop playing this game. He knows that patrons have no more patience, that's all. And we will actually see sex witn Ann in 0.13. I just think so.

I just did a fresh playthrough its fucking terrible. You wander around aimlessly and one misclick you have to wait another entire ingame week to progress the story arc. It needs to be way more organized and there needs to be an end day button or something. For example sometimes the arc will require you to talk to a specific character on a specific day at a specific time. And it wont even mention it in the opportunities guide. Good luck trying to dig through the walkthrough to figure out where the fuck you are and where you need to go.

Game needs a lot of help for MANY reasons. Good things it has going for it are artwork and tons of content, but really its not worth it. For me the thought of another playthrough to get the lisa gf route which actually has more progression and planned more progression instead of the lisa/oliva gf route crushes my soul. I am not going to sit here for an entire day playing click simulator on some fucked kids idea of what a good incest game is. ....Never again.....

You know Glassix actualy have the things you ask about.You can check the map at any time to see where is certain girl.Also girl status tell you how to go to next level with each girl when you reach max obedience points.
