And like joik-best mentioned, check your version. Step-Dads pregnancy was a quite new feature. Surrogate mum was a thing a while before but it couldn't happen until one of the latest versions.

nah, this program writes me "not equal file in position h00000000". Btw I can only unpack the first file, it is defined as "winrar archive.001" and the other 2 are simply defined as ".002 and .003"...((

Can you someone help me by explaining how I'm supposed to have the threesome with Oleg/Artem? You have exchange the *.qsp file in the game

Important point, you must not have two *.qsp files. Delete the one you don't need or you will have an error.
