So is this node-editor some sort of module / add-on for UE4? Or is that a screenshot from some other game engine? ie: not UE4?

Thats not directly possible, unless someone knows how to manipulate the meshes and deforms better than I do, but the butt does infact increase in size with the stomach inflation.

I was close, and I knew it looked familiar, but pretty sure now thats Maya (Autodesk) node editor. And yes I cheated and used google image search for the different node editors

Anyone Else feel like they should get ASTROMONS in on this? Guy does amazing work for the Resident evil mods from what i can see, recently a Jill valentine Parasitized skin and whatnot.
