Futa can indeed be bad because FUTA is bad.
I rest my case.
Anyway, jokes aside, not everything has to be Futa. Lady Dim would definitely serve well as a female boss for a male protagonist, as she's both an established female boss character (there's not a huge amount of those in the franchise who would be considered fuckable to most, let's be honest) and one who would be capable of performing H attacks to a male character without being a custom creation or a reimagination of an existing enemy.
While you could make the case for there to be futa/non-futa versions depending on the player character's gender, I'd argue that she'd make a great lesbian boss, again, of which there is limited potential. We have loads of dicks already, from all the enemy types in the game, and undoubtedly there will be some more in the form of bosses. We don't need more by spoiling what few female bosses we have with dicks where they shouldn't be.
This also applies to Lady Dim's daughters, if they were cleaned up somewhat. Nobody likes bad oral hygiene, after all.
Also, Futa sucks.
