That is the snake god, the enemy you run past in the basement of the cathedral when pulling the switch to access the altar. Since you raped poor bill, you are being punished from my own experiences there.

Snekk god appears at late progress in the game then do some "fun stuff" with Bill to summon 'em

Ok seems you guys are expert, so i'm gonna ask questions again
1- Which number is the old king floor ?
2 - Is the snake god confinable ?
3 - Is there anyway to confine every npc ? ( In endless tea party after I confine the dormouse she escape her cell and after I re-confine her again she kills everyone in her floor ) maybe if I let her outside her cell she doesnt kill everyone ? Or am i forced to kill her ?

1) From what I noticed, it's not the floor what matters to find the Old King, it's the Depth. You can find him at Depth 9 or above.
2) "Confinable" as in "Being able to put it in the dungeon"? Nope.
3) Honestly, while I did see the event with Dormouse, I haven't checked what happens if you leave her out of the cell instead of putting her back in, so I can't tell. I'd say it's worth a shot though.

I'm not sure but I think you cant you may dodge his attack. I'm rushing it by using immortality spell and Node time watch to reset this spell cd' there probably a cleanest way to do it if I remenber well if you fight her with the wounded rabbit from crash chamber ( you have to save this rabbit before ) she wont do her one shot attack and do something else that may be cancelled with the guard break skill

It lets you see a special event. Put Dormouse back in her cell, re-enter the map and enjoy.
You must fill every cell of the first floor though, or else you won't be able to trigger it.

Ah, I see, thank you! Is that all that's afforded to me for doing that? I'm mostly asking because I have zero interest in wandering around with jumpscare curse on. Ugh. I'm wondering if there'd be any issues with me triggering the Dormouse, getting Node's tentacle scene, then saving on a permanent slot and looping.
