You can't. It was removed somewhere during Alexstrasza game. Instead you can use Universal Unreal Engine Unlocker, it's not as effective as removed one, but stuff like free camera is available.

I believe it's a 0.5 bug. This scene appears later in the game after you get Melona's clothes back.

The game isnt ready yet so you cant finish it. If you want to finish it wait for version 1.0 to be released as this is only 0.6.

Hard to say since we don't know how Blue is Better 2 will end, but I'm assuming Auril will continue the story if they're still motived to. There's still the path that is blocked off by rocks, which could imply that the story will continue that way.
Besides that I know Auril is also working on another game called Silicon Lust atm, so who knows.
