I just used unren to extract them. I think they were in the folder called Office.

Apparently from what I gathered "you have" to start a new game to get a little more content from all the females in one way or another; a leading sentence here or there, more images and somethings that may and probably will make more sense as the content increases. So unless someones save you are using did this as of .30-.38 the content doesn't present itself. However as I have not started a new game since 15.30 I have no way of knowing if this is true, this is why I asked if a new start was needed for 15.46, never got a concrete answer.
