Anyone know's if there is a Command/script in Bondage Club, to Instantly Free People from Bondage?

You can try CharacterRelease(x), I wrote how it works here, in short - removing all non-locked restraints
If your case different - use search in thread, there was commands for another cases

no idea about 1st question, for 2nd ya can look for all functions in place on attached screenshot
all "commands" ya mean is either variables or functions from script
for future - all room-specific commands stored within Screens/Room/(required room name)
and be sure to read comment above function name to ensure ya won't break your game session, especially case with plain return function, ya may break everything if try to overwrite their results, just look in their conditions and modify their input variables

The superheroine content is an NPC cosplayer dressed as a magical girl. You can randomly encounter her but you need to have some reputation in the kidnapping league (and have random kidnapping turned on if you have cheats). I'm not sure exactly what level you need, I encountered her around reputation 40ish. If you beat her there's a dialog option where you can join her quest. Doing that gives you her outfit and the superheroine title. As an NPC she has a little bit of unique dialog but that's about it at the moment.
No matter which browser I use, when I click all I get is the endless loop “Thank you...”. Can someone help?

just out of curiosity, these dont contain console commands for changing reputation and such, yes?

reputation-related functions should be in Character folder. you can look here for some examples
and you always can inspect content of classes or variables via typing it's name, as example research Player:

and if you want the cheats to work in the online version, go into console at type CheatAllow = true

just push the buttons from the first post under the cheat section while playing the game, not in the console
I feel a little stupid. It worked once, I was able to jump the time by +-15. But now it doesn't work anymore. Do I have to close the console?
is there any working way to get it to run locally that still work and doenst require programming knowledge?
did skim a bit over the thread and could only find no longer working ways or stuff requiring me to programm something, which i have no idea on how to do it.
i ask cause i dont have allways a online connection active but still want to be able to freely play it.

for club or for college?
for college ya can pretty much just download and run it, for club ya have to change some things to made it run locally instead connection to remote host, for that ya need NodeJS and MongoDB to run local server, second mostly for DB working properly...
basically for both.
college just shows the thank you page when starting it and the club just a blank black page.
i did run both in the past via the way described in the mini tutorial on the end of page 6 but as that doesnt work anymore i am now searching for an alternative that is on the same way of easiness to setup or atleast not too much more complicated.

club is running online, but if ya make your own local copy you can modify CheatAllow to true in html or in console each time
