Yes, we do plan to add an exp system, but it will be more about beating bosses and completing quests, though, he is so old, that getting enough exp to advance is not that easy.Okay so I've had the chance to try it now, though I'm not super far into it, but I do want to comment on a few things.
In the scene where you escort Celina back to her room, during the segment that the camera begins to pan around them: that camera effect is super disorienting. It was making me feel a bit dizzy and sick before I noticed the speed control to slow it down. After adjusting the speed it was fine. So I'm only mentioning this here on the off chance that anyone else has a similar reaction, so that the devs can know if they need to make adjustments to the base speed of that or not. The tools are there to adjust it ourselves, so it is no big deal, just mentioning incase the feedback is helpful in some way.
About the character creation: I do like that you are using the VTM stat system. I didn't notice any experience after my first fight, so are we going to be stuck with the stats we choose at start or are there plans for a leveling mechanic? Like I said I'm not very far in so maybe that is already answered by the gameplay and I just haven't reached that point yet.
The mechanic where you give the girls vials of your blood and it is intoxicating to them/makes them more obedient or interested in you is interesting, but I feel like the explanation of that needs to be made a bit more clear. As I understand it something happens, which may be bad, if they drink three vials? I just need to know a bit more about it. Being ignorant of any issues that could come up from it, I already gave the Ghoul a vial, then the Werewolf girl gets one, before I fully realized that there is some issue that could come up if they have three or more vials of the blood.
I like the game so far, from what little I've played. I've yet to experience any bugs to speak of. The character designs seem nice as of yet. I'll play more of it in a bit, but this seems like a good first step to me, and I'm optimistic for the game's further development.
There is some info on the Blood Bond in the Codex and during that embrace animation, the main idea is if you drink a vampire's blood 3 times (on three separate occasions), then they become 'bonded' to that vampire, much like Renfield in the Dracula story, they are effectively their servant). This can manifest as either love or hate, but in either case, they are compelled to to anything their master requests of them.
The ghoul, is your Renfield, she is already bonded to you, and her drinking his blood now, is what keeps her young looking and gives her powers. That is how she stays a ghoul, she needs to consume some of your blood every so often, or she will revert back to a normal human, and rapidly catch up to her natural age (in this case, almost 90), which could likely kill her.

The other thing to worry about is with the werewolves, if you try to turn a werewolf into a vampire it causes a bad reaction. Usually they will die, but on the rare occasion that one of them survives, the outcome is not pretty. The result is a mindless abomination of nature, that will rampage, attacking anything in their way, be it friend or foe.
It takes more than just drinking a vampire's blood to become a vampire though (as should be obvious by now). First the vampire must drink almost every drop of the future vampire's blood, to the point that they almost die, mixing it with their own. They then let the soon to be vampire drink the mixture of blood from themselves, which keeps them from dying, and turns them into a vampire.
The more powerful the 'sire', and the more blood they 'donate', the more powerful the 'childe' vampire will start their unlife.
