unfortunate i still cannot find the genie bracelet, just pile of coconuts:-/ i even tried new character and only found glasses, flip flop and cursed ring easily while no genie bracelet. is it worth to try get it?

I don't think it has anything to do with how many times you enter the map or luck. Once you enter the islands and have found the fallen totem turn your view to the banana shaped island while standing on/near the totem. The totem should be pointing to the right side of this second island with a small rocky mountain in the middle, the side that the totem is pointing to is where you will find the lanterns, that the genie is in, with the bracer, location. If you swim to the island where the totem points and walk your way to the rocks it should auto trigger the finding of the lantern/genie.
You can actually see the lantern from the totem once you know that it is there.

To get through the sex scene with Celik, install penile penetration preference on 25% of the scale. Oriol and Bo and you need to install on 100%. This way you will not have problems with the with a plot quests.
