How do I trigger quest 5? I've gotten the others but can't seem to tickle 5 and a thread search has yielded nada other than when it will happen.

Extremely derivative. The presentation is mediocre, a copy of 4 elements trainer except worse. Everything is kinda trying to go where the bar is lowest, the rooms are just acceptable, the city screen looks like placeholder, the expressions are not very good as the jaws are fixed in place, the intro isn't an intro its just words put together in a funny way before you're put in the game to start corrupting someone on a dodgy premise etc.
The writing style is amateurish, like the author hasn't had education or practice in how to write characters aren't him. Same thing with the scenes. You come across a couple fucking at night in the park...anally, just spontaneously without lube, in the cold damp grass. The couple speak nonsense like they're in a super cheap porno movie. It could've been a sensible scene where the girl just gives bj and communicates like a human so it'd be vaguely believable but it seems the author wanted a sub anal scene rather than something that fits the game progression/context so that is the first sex scene of the game.
Whenever someone talks it makes me imagine a guy typing words together on a laptop trying to emulate other peoples work rather than making me think I'm listening to a unique character.
The game looks OK overall, just the writing, some decisions and deliberate copying of other more popular games drag it down.
If nothing else the author should practice writing characters with different personalities.

This kind of "review" is pure bash work, almost to the point where it seems that you work for Mity. It's unhelpful and ultimately damaging.
The dodgy premise I feel is a commentary of the lack of real plot in porn games. Bear in mind that "the author" as you call him doesn't speak English as a primary language, so some parts are going to feel a little janky.
I will agree though that while functional, the city map could use a bit more work.
As regards claims of copying, do you realise how difficult it'd be to make a completely original trainer-style game that takes place in the world of Avatar? Of course some parts are going to feel like a copy.
I think the backgrounds are the way they are so as to draw attention to the characters themselves. They may not be lore-appropriate but they don't have to be.
Mity's been making his game for a lot longer (and with a truly massive scope) so of course it's going to feel like it has more polish. AFAIK, he also speaks English as a primary language. I still remember a time when it looked like his project had been abandoned.
It's explained (however vaguely) that everybody's acting all wrong and out of character but not all the dialogue is out of a cheap porn. Work clearly went into making Sandy and Lin sound at least sort of normal.
If you visit Muplur's patreon and look back to when he started, you'll see a huge improvement in art quality. Most of his time goes into that. And other commitments. Not everyone can afford to work full-time on a porn game.
Your review is ultimately too scathing. I'm not saying "be super nice" but you're comparing a game that's been in development for more than two years to another that's been in development for less than one. There will be a marked difference in direct accordance to development time.
I don't think it's quite fair to judge the final product when it's not even halfway there yet.

Not sure about that mission option. Since the overall gameplay is very easy, At least this one must be little tough
