So the big problem with this one is not only the fact that a clear NTR tag is missing, but also that the harem tag seems to be missleading. You cant actively avoid all the stuff that is going on around the MC and you dont seem to have any influence on it either. Since it is a 0.1 version, maybe the plan was to present this as a sort of starting point (and maybe an incentive) after which the MC turns everything around and it becomes a harem for him instead for his father, but i do think that this setup was a too agressive on pointing out that the MC is at the very bottom atm.
As some have already pointed out, that a lot of the story would need to be rewritten to not be NTR. However, there is also the option to keep what is in so far, but let only bad decisions for the MC lead to NTR, while the good one would give you a harem. This is just a suggestion though, which comes with a lot of problems on its own. The decisions have to be clearly marked in terms of NTR/non-NTR. Then a lot of people want to be sure, that the NTR does not happen anyways without the MC seeing it. Also, two very different paths would lead to more development time and less content for both. And last but not least, you would still have people complaining that there is NTR (even if fully avoidable) and that the development time could be used for harem scenes instead.
All in all, the developer either has to completely redo the game, or mark it as unavoidable NTR and make it a full NTR game. And i say this as someone who doesnt mind NTR in games, since i dont ever identify myself as the character im playing, i just want to see a somewhat decent porn game with sexy scenes, but even i can see, that the description and tags were missleading.

The only reason I can imaging would be to get more people to support him. But well, if a game starts this bad (I didn't test it yet, just read the comments), than the support will be zero, because of the wrong advertising. As long as this is a NTR game covered as a harem game, I will be definitly not support this dev in any way and won't play it either. The only way for this game to not end on my ignore list is, if the dev himself gets active here again, and tell us that he changes it and that he made a mistake. Well, can't say I'm shocked about this. Dude tried his luck at making a quick buck off some obvious NTR game camouflaged as harem and got grilled real good and criticized for some mistakes he could've easily fixed if he really gave a fuck about feedback and commitment.
As much as I love those curves and sexy bodies, we can't do anything about it, so it's better to just move on and focus our attention on games that deserve it.
