Well, in some creator's defense, some of the so called "feedback" is downright bashing.
I haven't seen much of that in this thread but certainly around this forum. People are very entitled regarding their porn games they download for free.
If I may give a rather "miss world answer", the best is to do the things that suit you and to which you respond well. As you might have seen from the answers, there are as many fetishes desires as users in this forum. Not only it's impossible to make everyone happy, there's also the risk you make several others unhappy in the process.
If you do things that interest and excite you directly, and some reasonable variations around them, you will probably write them better because you're more into them and the final product will thus be better in the end.

The new scenes are so hot! Can you make a walkthrough to get every sex scene?
It's a fun update! I like how there are subtle differences between the dialogues depending on the previous choices, and that we start seeing some more work into the characters, even though some scenes need a bit of suspension of disbelief (the last one at the café for example, where it doesn't make much sense that the MC follows Ned into the storeroom unless you are on a good path with him).
I agree that a walkthrough could be nice to have!
