i havent played the most recent version, but no, that perk is permanent, unless they decide to remove it through some story event later down the way, much later id say, like in 2 years.

As long as you don't progress on her route, it's avoidable.

Right now the select trigger doesn't work, so there is only an NTP scene for any answer. The author said that he had not yet managed to make the second option.

Adding more NTR would be hot. Make it so the tavern girl becomes the MC's girlfriend, then he watches her suck all the big dicks in town. Of course, this would be an optional path. (This would probably be more stag, cuckolding or netorase, however way you want to look at it). The dev already likes the idea of the girls going around sucking cock, so why not? You've got the idea of breeding girls getting fucked by a million sex partners, and that one breeding girl could be a potential romance option for the MC.

The complete opposite of NTR is Harem. So the MC should be able to get all these girls to himself. MC does all the breeding of the women (or guys if you're into that), and he doesn't share his girls.

I'm not really into NTR thing, to be honest, but I don't mind the least such content being in the game, as long as it is optional. That is the best when everyone is happy. Having a harem/NTR path totally makes sense in this game.
I disagree, the MC literally getting cucked wouldn't make the most sense. In my opinion the best fit would be a MC who doesn't care or a "sharing" path. It's just business after all, and in theme not so different from brothel management games.

I still maintain that it's just not possible for cucking/NTR to exist as a concept in this particular game. The whole premise of the game is breeding, most NPCs in town talk about sex like we talk about social media, and you can be sure that at least Eros and Talia are getting some on the regular, either from dudes or from generously endowed monsters, if their dialogue is to be believed.
You/the MC can't just pop into existence and suddenly expect every female to swoon over you and become exclusive forever, it's just not plausible. If NPCs want to be exclusive, that's cool, but going into the game with the idea that the MC is going to become the ultimate harem Chad from the start is the wrong way to approach it, imo.
I'm not going to start a 50 page long shitstorm about routes existing and/or them being optional, it just doesn't feel like they're necessary in the first place.

Yup. Also call "that" a NTR is also cheap comedy. It's a world where people hump beastmen like they are sex toys... and guess what, someone is doing exactly that.
I can find a lot of flaws in that chain of events (like it seems written by someone else and is a bit cringe/forced drama), but we just got someone that use beastmen for the use they are meant in this game... even calling it NTR means not knowing what NTR means.
Also, what's next? Cece is way more involved with MC than anyone else, and she humps beastmen of every gender night and day, she even got animations with wolfmen (and they are hot)... someone going to call NTR that too?
