The dog bowl is necessary only if you transformed into Baldur to enter the villa. You can collect a few treats from it for the dog upstairs, so he'll let you through.
The combination is found in the bathroom on the second floor, you have to sneak past the guards to get there. Since the combination is randomized, you must go pick it up each playthrough.

Started playing which I noticed Gaspar isn't in the H scene list. Is he more for tour guide purposes?

I think more of the named characters are women, but I think the game is fairly balanced in terms of total scenes (basing this on nothing but my impression from the last time I played the game, which has been a while), just that with there being more well-developed women characters, they get longer chains of scenes (or even something approaching a proper "route"), while most scenes with males are usually shorter chains of scenes with some random fellas.
For the most part, he plays the comedic relief, but much further down the line you can get a quest which involves him, and there is an optional scene with him.
His introduction was so sleazy that you would think for sure he be doing sex stuff lol. I tried not to read much into the H scene list but i noticed there was also not much of a good person route / normal romance. Am I misreading this as well?
Also you probably answered this before but is there a reason of not having a scene replay gallery yet? It wouldn't be too bad if there were unlimited save slots but that's not the case either.
The game leans rather heavily into themes of mind control and other forms of manipulation for the sexual content, porn-wise I'd definitely say this is a "corruption" game.
However, there is nothing in the game that forces you to let the heroine be corrupted, and there are a few characters with who the MC can have relatively normal, consensual, and romantic relationships with, and the game has a pretty good story.
Look up for characters like Carla, Ariel, and Lea for relationships that turn out nice. Also holding out hope for a wholesome Kira relationship since you can kinda resist her control and she doesn't seem evil.
Yes, go to the temple in the starting city, you can choose how the MC feels about pregnancy, say you don't want to get pregnant and that content will be disabled.
Also generally avoidable by not getting fucked, but where's the fun in that?

For transformations, you must completely explore a temple, and then interact with the statue at the end. Each temple unlocks a different transformation, and you go through them in a fixed order. For the first one, you must sleep in your house, and the next day a friend of your uncle shows up to give you some details. Then if you go talk to him in the mage guild, he can guide you to the first temple.
For new spells, there are various means. You can find books and read them to learn a new spell, you can buy a couple from a shop in Tarkas, some unlock when using certain equipment and so on.
