Every time you kill an enemy type in the Jungle level, they have a chance of dropping a fetish (in the anthropological definition) these can be collected by pressing E and then placed in a shrine at the highest point in the map. It is very RNG heavy and its unlikely you'll do it in a run, but if you are lucky then you can collect the fetishes and then activate the shrine during the end of round peace. Once the prisoner gives birth it kills all enemies on the map, so use it wisely.

Probably too many controls for that. Dual stick movement, like six buttons to select weapons, shooting, reloading, taunting...

The code gives you nothing but a shotgun shell to the face at current. If you've gotten to at most wave 15 in each stage, you've seen all of the content pretty much.
Pretty OK as a game, gets QUITE hard, but since there's no progression or permanent upgrade even in casual mode the game is a bitch to deal with. As a porn game is fine, but the pixel art is... too pixelated for me. Wish there was more content or that it could get easier with time.
y'know since this is basically COD zombies (and feels like it's balanced like it for better or worse) it would've been cool to see some level of co-op

oh, yikes, thats kind of a let down. I felt like Ive been clowned on given that I actually tried to do all the achievements and completed the caves and zombies. Then realized that the cheats I used dont cover for the mind broken achievement so... sucks. Also, does it feel like theres too much to do in this game? Like, 150 orcs sounds insane given that youre given 0-4 after round 10 or so. It just feels super time consuming is all.

I mean, yeah, it's possible, though I'm unfamiliar with anyone with the artistic skills to do it well. Asking people who have made cosmetic mods on the discord is probably a good idea.
A tip for cheating out the "Mind Broken" achievement (100 mindbreaks total), if someone is still trying to do this legit but wants to skip some bullshit/tedious farming (someone might have already posted something similar earlier but eh, not feeling like going through 80+ pages of forum for one achievement):
1.Get Cheat Engine and download the cheat table linked on the fist page under "Cheats" (file should be named " Captivity_1.0.5_V5.1.CT.rar" and weigh 2kb; Here)
2.Double-click the Cheat Table file, and let the Lua script run. Close and ignore any error windows. A window should open with few color-named rows on the bottom of said window, and a tiny PC icon with a lens surronded by a glowing border around it (located under the "File" tab, top left corner of the window).
3.Click that Icon and select the "[insert random address here]-Captivity.exe" process. Scrolling might take you a while, so you can also click the "Window List" button in the popup window, and select the "[random address again]-Captivity" window instead.
4.Right click the "Pleasure" row, hover over to "Change record", click on "Value", and set it to 100
5.Click the checkbox next to it
6.Load up any level and let the enemies do their thing (I recommend Cave with the Maggot)
7.You'll rapidly lose all hearts and get the "mindbroken" animation multiple times in a row until either enemy's assault animation finishes or the game just boots you into the "Press Esc" screen
8.Once you check the total mindbroken stat you'll have like 10+ more instead of 1 you'd usually get
Our Pleasure keeps being set to 100 which makes our character orgasm on every single assault tick/thrust/whatever (Orgasm seems to trigger when an enemy's assault ticks while your Pleasure is at 100) and allows us to get mindbroken faster.
But wait, there's more!
The unintended side effect of keeping the Pleasure set at 100 after your character got already mind broken is that you can STILL get mindbroken like 10+ times from that one interaction, before the game "Game Over"'s you for good. That means you can abuse high tick rate enemies for easy completion of this achievement, like the Maggot as suggested earlier. I think that at worst you'd have to do it about 12 times if you started from 0, which is still much better than setting up an elaborate auto clicker to keep getting you in levels, and having something hold down the S key for you for the night/day.
Now let us pray respects for the people who manually farmed this ultimate time waster [*]
