If you skip the prompts for the brief journal tutorials, your interaction is borked. The mouse commands stop working and the saves stop working. FIX IT DEV!! Not everyone feels the need to be taught how to use something blatantly obvious. A simple explanation will do.
MC grows up on a "family farm". Why is the Matriarch paying RENT? Your Auntie worked 5 jobs to make ends meet. That ranks right up there with walking 10 miles to school in a foot of snow both ways or walking up a downhill incline (figure that one out, lol.).
This is gonna be awesome. It's already cringe worthy and with any luck will be so messed up that you can't help but love it. Kinda like the movie "Zombeavers" ya know?

I'm not stopping you from posting similar content. It's merely been my observation that the more outlandish kinks don't get a positive reaction around here. Better to save the creator some heartache and just look for a more receptive site.
But that's just my opinion.
It's very rare to see pregnancy be a notable feature in a game like this, usually in porn games it's just tact on at the end of the story, or is just 'impregnation' kink without saying it is.
