You can try VPN. But your account may be banned. Steam forbids using VPN to buy and access games.

If you want to buy the game on Steam, only way is mess with a VPN (you can get banned from using it though). If you have no problem with Patreons monthly fee, support there. I've done this.

Is there a cheat to get back to the surface from caves?

Me and my claustrophobia are having a hard time getting stuck for an hour in the caves, unable to find the exit unless by accident and then I have to take a few days off this otherwise nice game to stop the jitters.

Pretty sure they haven't implemented a respawn penalty yet, so that's typically the fastest way.

yes but there isn't a lot of M on M content, haven't tried this update yet so maybe they added more since its a major one

F it, i just completed the game with just a few minor armor pieces missing.
To anyone who might want to just enjoy what the game has to offer without any of the grinding, heres a .7z file with the save game:
ps. the save file goes in, C:\Users\[userName]\AppData\Local\Carnal_Instinct\Saved\SaveGames
pss. The save files are for {ver. 0.3.55} of the game...

for a copy/paste use
