I think that the exploring of the world in the new version has degraded. the reason for this is a change in approach to the discovery of penis shapes and character customization.
in version 4 of the engine, the game encouraged the player to explore the world, giving him equipment with customization items, shapes, penises, and so on. Now it’s simply not interesting to run around the world (unless you look for some NPCs who may have some kind of interaction)

Is pregnancy disabled permanently for the female player character in U5? I can't seem to figure out how to enable it, in the character menu it says it is disabled along with fertility.

Maybe mods should post a huge text in red on first page saying "UE4 IS DONE, ONLY UE5 WILL KEEP BEING UPDATED".
Then we wait for the next 20 people to keep posting the same question over and over again because they can't bother to read shit nor use the search function.

Go through the main quest, talk to the cat lady about getting your mask removed. Then complete the quest Masquerade to unlock character customization (and also sex, formless don't have genitals after all)
Changes to graphics settings don't save and it makes the game look like shit. Is there a config file I can set to read only?
