UE5, the save system is broken to all hell.

Saved before an interaction, didn't like the interaction, loaded the save - got kicked WAAAAAAAY back, SOME quests and interactions restarted, SOME entities got restored, but others didn't. It's weird.

Not excited to see what will get properly loaded and what will be lost after I restart the game.

Okay, so I experimented a bit, apparently sitting at a campfire and then standing up to force an autosave is enough to save most things properly.

p.s. Not sure if it's a feature or pure coincidence, but the first time I tried fishing I had to wait for almost two minutes before there was anything to reel in. Masturbated into the river and the fish started biting into the hook almost instantly after casting it.
I don't know if it's anything, but fron now on I'm going to make an offering to the river before fishing in it. A good tradition, if nothing else. :)

P.p.s: my favorite bug so far, a row boat riding me:

Is there a way to resolve the Aviator Jeivad event without him dying? It seems like all options lead to urging him to jump and he seems like a nice guy, if a bit delusional, I'd rather Fluffy didn't starve back home waiting for him, you know?

Since I haven't tried the Unreal Engine 4 version, I've thought about downloading the version that's here, but I have a question: which version of the game is it? The Steam version or the Patreon version. I only know that the subscribed version has exclusive things and, if possible, that's the version I wanted to try. I think that for developers, the U4 version is no longer relevant, so it should be easier to share the content of that version.

I have a few questions for whoever can answer
1. I know the UE4 version has more content than the UE5 version, but is the story of each version the same?
2. Are they still updating the UE4 version?
3. Is it better to play the UE4 right now? (Basically, which version is better to play right now?)
Thank you in advance to whoever answers.

1. No.
2. No.
3. Depends.

The UE4 version has been dropped and isn't being worked on any more, so what you see in it now is all there will ever be.

UE4 seems to have more quests and sex scenes than UE5 right now. Personally, I like the changes in UE5, mostly for the change in story and the way you change forms. UE5 feels more like a game with porn and UE4 feels like porn with some game play.

The story was completely reworked from the ground up in the UE5 version.
In UE4, your character was a slave and could TF by just finding random equipment, in UE5 your character is a 'formless', your character has a mask that cannot be removed until you complete a few quests where you gain a shapeshift ability, you have to buy forms though.

I disagree with you in that in the UE5 version there is no motivation to explore the world at all. in UE4 there were treasures hidden around the location in the form of cosmetics and body parts

THe UE5 version the intro of the history it quite interesting showing how you chatacter can change the appearance.
But, making it a zombie like scenario it kinda different. Specially that its going to be the history from here til end.
Meanwhile in the UE4 version, is more about zealots, thiefs, conflicts between factions, that make it more interesting, plus, the map is very (well the npc dont do much) alive. THe exploration is more fruitful because you get body parts and cosmetics. But the intro is to weird, rigth direct with weapons.
Aaaaannddd got stuck in the Liquid Gold mission goingat midnigth to see who is the smuggler.
So far the i have being enjoing more the UE4 version.

Do you remain as a formless in the UE5 version or how do you get a physical body?
You do get to change from being a formless to a physical body.

Keep following the main quest line. It should culminate in a 'boss battle' at a temple and after you win the fight you will meet another NPC that will tell you to meet with them at another location and talking with her at that shrine will unlock the ability to transform and purchase more forms.
