Not unless you subscribe to their Patreon. Their Patreon builds have protections that haven't been cracked, and all uploading them to this thread will accomplish is getting the subscriber who leaked it banned from their Patreon and generating a dozen or so pages of "why can't I play this game?" posts because people can't be bothered to search this thread or check the last few pages.

Heck if I know. That said they did do a stream to show off the dragon's penis, so we may be getting either proper application of of the monster tag or the bestiality tag depending on ingame context.
Steam is good news. So... finally a version that non-subs can play?
I mean, yes and no. Carnal instinct has no free version and no demo, so anything we can download here is gonna be pirated goods regardless. That said, the Steam version's protections are significantly easier to bypass and will, judging by prior history, result in a download here sometime next week or the week after.
At which point we're likely facing another three or so month wait for the next Steam version. This update for Steam is something of a surprise - it's been two months since the last update rather than three. It does bring the updates back in line with the original schedule, however. Whole thing was thrown out of sync with the bonus Steam update in July so Steam players could get human males too.

the steam version has a 3-month update cycle while patreon updates twice a month, so in short steam and patreon sync every 3 months, no content is cut beside very few cosmetics
Usually takes a week or two for someone to crack the steamworks DRM and get a functional upload.
