Wow! This is quite the update! I was sure until almost the end that Casey was going to wake up back in jail and realize that the whole thing was just a dream. I'm not sure I entirely buy the idea that the state is so adamantly opposed to public nudity and also so adamantly determined to force public nudity. The auction also didn't completely sell me; the kind of people who could afford to spend the better part of $100,000 on a 5-year slave are not going to be the people who would meekly allow themselves to be threatened by some biker thugs. Neither of those are reasons to change anything, they are just observations.

I did enjoy playing with different names for Casey and seeing the reaction of the people in the compound. You nailed that one.

I'd almost argue that this future for Casey was too bleak, but it is so hot that I can't bring myself to make that argument in earnest.

Yes, it definitely gets weird. The State is conservative libertarian. They loathe public nudity and never wanted to legalise it, but were forced to allow it as a "personal freedom". However, the expectation is that anyone who chooses to become a legal nudist will go underground or move to one of a couple of nudist towns. If not, then they will be encouraged to do so by ensuring that the sight of a nudist in most places remains rare so that they will attract a lot of unwanted attention. This does lead to some bizarre situations which appear to be contradictory though, such as Casey being forced to remain naked after her arrest even though she was not a legal nudist. In this case they meant to make an example of her, and no one had a problem with that due to the attitude about nudity that the law created.

Wealth offers little protection against open thuggery, but in this case it is more that corruption is rampant and these bikers are connected and well known around town. People know it is easier to just stay out of their way, both for their own safety and also to keep them on side for the products and services that they provide.

Agree that she will be forced to get the tattoo (even though that it's absurd for a temporary owner to inflict a permanent punishment) and that her various "owners" will want to get their money's worth.

Making an example of a person they think wants to be a nudist by forcing her to be a nudist seems silly, and if she doesn't want to be a nudist they would want to reinforce that desire not to expose herself. Well within the bounds of porn logic, but still objectively absurd.

The game is clearly being advertised as revolving around involuntary indecent exposure. That's the reason most if not all of us including the developers are here in the first place. And while it may share parts of its audience with the mentioned Naughty Lyanna, it's premise is quite different.

Casey looking the part of an Olympic gymnast adds to the perceived height of her fall, in my book. Regardless of age or gender, having a toned body requires commitment and dedication; it shows her to being in control of a huge aspect of her life. Her style in clothes, makeup, and hair, her sexual (in)experience still make her a typical girl next door. It all adds up quite nicely.

Well, I have read the story and the "headed for a lot more" might be a little to optimistic, then again there is already quite a bit of change and this new path which I think shows how much the developers really do want everyone to enjoy it. Removing that hair down there was an important plotpoint after all, and the biker storyline is completly new.

Which makes the rather "vanilla" tone of all of this stand in a little contrast to the story, slave of a biker gang. I mean, forced prostitution is almost mandatory with that kind of setup, or just having Tara pair her with someone and shout commands, I can see her getting off on that.

Of course everything more forced will be a problem, since this is patreon sponsored and they get a little unhappy if you push to much in that direction.

I don't really want to overthink the setup with the special laws in that world too much, I would like to know how far the slavery part can be abused by the buyer? Does someone getting that sentence have any rights left?

If there is indenture, then the indentured must have some rights, or else the owner of the indenture could simply force them to agree to remain indentured indefinitely, making the concept of terms of indenture meaningless.

Indentured servitude has existed in many societies (an apprenticeship in Europe, for instance, was an indenture) and the indenturee always had rights, and the indenturer obligations. I'd imagine that would be the case here, as well.
