Hmm, actually, apprenticeship, at least past medieval time, in Europe, was not really indentured servitude, unless you extend the definition a lot.
But again, if I may make the comment without making you feel offended, maybe you are from USA or UK, where talking about "in Europe" really means "that thing whose history and laws know and care little about"
(for USA, I worked for USA and Canadian companies, there was always a problem with that ), or "our laws" (for UK) - Europe really had and still has in many aspects quite some differences in rules and laws, going from Cabo da Roca (Portugal) to the Urals (Russia).The most used and diffused indentured service over the centuries and over all of Europe would have been the "servants of the land" (it is actually a rough translation of the name in another language).
As as I recall (studied long time ago, I admit) in theory they had the right of not being killed, of getting what they produced and give only a part to the landlord, and if they paid enough to the landlord, they supposedly could go away as they wanted (otherwise, they were bound to the land).
In practice, as you can see their rights were basically none, the landlord would take most of the produce as "rent" making it impossible to leave, and the last country I know of that eliminated legally something similar, was in 1905 (Zarist Russia).
So, if she is in that kind of situation, our sweet Casey is screwed (pun intended

The apprentice in early modern times in Europe absolutely was indentured to the master craftsman they were apprenticed to. The practice was regulated by law and an indenture included obligations by both parties. Serfdom was entirely different, as it involved no indenture and serfs were serfs because they were born serfs and thus bound to the land.
The key point I am making, though, is that the terms of Casey's indenture are going to be spelled out in law. Those will have to be terms that the population finds acceptable, because the population knows that they could find themselves subject to them. I'd imagine that they would include (as historical indentures did) that the indenturee be released from the indenture in pretty much the same shape as they entered it, with whatever benefits the indenture was supposed to provide (training, transportation to the colonies, whatever). Thus Casey's labored is owed (and Tara can presumably have her engage in any labor that will not damage her, including prostitution if that's otherwise legal), but she cannot be permanently harmed (no involuntary organ transplants, etc).
Indentured servitude is not chattel slavery.

Yep, just stay on the path where Casey refuses to shave and walks out of the photoshoot with Mark on Day 4, or the one if decides not to take panties with her on Day 3. We're also planning an option to get out of the Greg path (if Casey decides to take panties with her on Day 3). However, I wouldn't call the path where she starts dating Greg "male dom" by any stretch of the imagination anyway. It's a 2 way relationship to begin with, but Casey figures out that he's into femdom eventually if you read the sequel. (I'm not sure yet if we'll explore that option in the game though). One maledom/BDSM path we are planning is if Casey refuses to run naked at college on Day 3, so avoid that one if it's a problem for you.

sweet thank you very much for that info i am glad i can avoid maledom. I have no problem with girls dominating the boys in game so if casey does get into femdom and be more dominant towards the males then i am all for it lol

Aside from that, YOU don't know the gender of the blackmailer, I read the story and I know, I knew it pretty early in the story too, since how it was set up kind of gave it away, but then again I read a lot of detective storys in my youth, maybe that helped.

When getting in front of the judge, there are two options, "Tell that Tara coerced.." or "Keep mouth shut.."
but the "Tell that Tara coerced.."can not be chosen.
