According to him, ODD got a job in the non-porn game development industry (and actually used Casting Director on his resume, which is a ballsy move honestly). It's unknown whether he'll ever pick up development again, but it had seriously messed with his mental health. He seems to be doing okay now, but I personally doubt he'll ever resume development.

Not sure I believe that he put a game on his resume that includes the option to rape an unconscious woman.
Sure, I doubt the hiring guy would actually check out the project but a quick Google would reveal the game is in large part a Harvey Weinstein simulator with certain choices.

That point was mentioned when it was brought up on discord, but I forget what was said in response. I can't know the truth of the matter, but I have no reason to doubt my source.

Would be a shame if he abandons the game. The way he has it set up with lot of different options for how to make progress, it's actually pretty highly replayable. Much more-so than most of the games on this site. There are definitely some tweaks I'd like to see but the nonlinear playstyle it allows is a refreshing change from the norm.

I agree, also for the fact that NO ONE uses TWINE as a programming language, so I do not see how it could be used as a reference.

There should be
pics folder,
.DS_store ( that you have mentioned)
Casting director.html ( you need to open this to play)
and readme.txt ( which tells everything you need to know I guess)

Twine isn't a programming language, its basically a html scripting program. The things you may learn while working with it, such as html tags, css, and javascript, are very much relevant to web page design.

Think of it like Rpgmaker. It isn't directly useful for making modern games, but some of the things you learn while using that engine in the process of making a good rpgmaker game are universally applicable to game design.

Former Casting Director server staff here, ODD did indeed reference his porn game development in his mainstream job search, though how detailed he was I don't remember. I imagine he was probably on the vague side, at least that's what I suggested when we talked about if and how to reveal that info to prospective employers
What I know for sure (unless I misunderstood) is that he's currently working for a small mainstream developer that knows of his adult game hobby work.
