There's a fair amount. Much of the game is the lead discovering her interest in exhibitionism and sex -- plus you get to guide whether she's into guys, lesbian or both. It is a slow burn and sometimes perspective shifts to one of the other female characters.
As far as short skirt/no panties goes, not yet, but it may be in the dev's plans.

I'd go so far as to argue that the game is about exhibitionism first and sex second, though your own choices will influence that as well.

Even then you're still going to be a bit exhibitionist no matter what choices you make. She's a bit showy by default when she's streaming, and she does become a model who doesn't have much of a problem posing provocatively.
You can potentially play through and keep her a full virgin, but it's not really possible to be full prude. A degree of exhibitionism and letting go of her inhibitions is hard-coded into the story as a whole.
As player, your role is basically deciding whether she's just dipping her toes into the pool or leaping in head-first.

If you've been itching for more exhibitionism content, Chapter 15 will have plenty more! The protagonist can go for an early morning stroll through the park, and it will be up to you to decide which outfit (or lack thereof) she might wear. This will be the first of several new park scenes, which can eventually lead into her getting involved with a lucky passerby, or even inviting one of her friends to join her for some nude fun.
This chapter also sees the protagonist's and Sara's first date, and can include romantic or even sexual tension, if the player is interested. Together at the movie theater, and later at a pub, their relationship progresses from school acquaintances to friends.
Of course, the much-requested threesome scene between the protagonist, Luna, and Haruka is also in the works, which I'll be sharing more about soon!
As for when you can expect to play Chapter 15, I'm hoping to have it ready by early September. Since I'll be flying to Japan on the 8th, it would be convenient to have the new release completed by this time. I'll be taking my work laptop with me, so, regardless, development will proceed without interruption.

If you enjoyed the pizza delivery scenes from earlier chapters, I have some good news for you, as I felt exactly the same!
Chapter 15 will feature the start of a new round of delivery scenes. As it wouldn't make much sense for the same pizza delivery person to arrive at the protagonist's new apartment, I've decided to create entirely new characters (male/female) for these scenes. Whereas the pizza delivery person was quite accepting of the protagonist's advances, this time, I thought it'd be exciting for them to be less interested at first, with the protagonist gradually having to win them over through progressively more... daring acts.
In addition, there will be an equal amount of straight and lesbian content for these scenes. Though the pizza delivery scenes were lacking in terms of lesbian content (as lesbian mode had not yet been implemented at the time), this time around fans of lesbian content will be able to enjoy a rich and complete experience, which will eventually culminate in possibilities for full sex between the protagonist and her delivery lady.
There will also be new massage scenescoming this chapter, and things will be much more... 'hands-on' than they were previously. I'll have more to share on this and other scenes soon!
Regarding the release date, I am still aiming to have Chapter 15 ready by early September. However, due to several extra scenes being added (such as the new delivery driver), there's a decent chance the release may land roughly one week later, in mid-September.

We're approaching the Chapter 15 release! I would estimate the chapter is around 70% completenow, and will be available to play in roughly two weeks(three at the latest). The release date will be revealed in the next development update.
For fans of lesbian content, there will be plenty to enjoy in this girls' night out. At the protagonist's recommendation, the three partake in some yakiniku (Japanese barbeque), before heading back to her apartment for some more fun. While this can be just an innocent Sunday night, there will of course be options to push it further, which can lead to the first lesbian threesomeinvolving the main girls. This can also be the start of a potential harem route for the protagonist, as the player's decisions at the end of Act 2 can lead to a traditional or... not-so-traditional relationship.
A new scene at the protagonist's modelling job has been added, which advances the Lucy (model girl) plotline. While the protagonist's conversation with Jason is strictly professional, players who are interested will have the option to tease him further, building up towards an eventual sex scene later in Act 2.
I also plan to create a shorter bonus sex scene with CJ that occurs if the protagonist had sex with them in the previous chapter.
As a side note, I'll be switching timezones from PST to JST for the months of September and October, as I will be staying in Japan during this period. As a result, articles might be posted at a different time of day than usual.

Up to the dev if he wants to make more work for himself. But if he does, I'd suggest it should probably be optional (the way most other stuff is).
As is, if you play a bit more conservative she never really moves past just being a bit of a Twitch thot. Which is nice, because it means the player gets to decide for themselves how far they want to push things and where they want her journey of self-discovery to take her.
