Guys try UNCONTROLLABLE. It is a fairly new game, so the dev could really use some support before that one gets abandoned too. I really like it, so I hate to see it go. I don't know, just my thoughts.

Is it the same dev? Graphically looks worse than this one.

You know, involving the MC corrupting, seducing women who are already happily married, dating etc?

I mean we see plenty, where the woman is unhappily married etc, and gets seduced easily, they're ten a penny so to speak. I'd like to try ones like this, where it was a primary goal, perhaps because of his package or something else.

Orange extra content was for a specific tier on Patreon. If you didn't have that version of the game, the content wasn't available to you. If you had the orange extra, it was automatically available in the game (via the menu at certain choices during gameplay). I don't remember now, but I don't think this latest version of the game is an orange extra version.

been ages since ive been here to pick up this game again replaced my computer not long ago and forgot all about this game until i stumbled across it searching other games so NOW i got it again for my collection
i remember there was a console code for enable the orange content wondering of anyone can hook me up

I think it's completely safe to say this is never going to be completed. The creator pretty much just vanished without a trace, so I don't believe you should ever expect anything more on this game, sadly. I was quite enjoying it, but it won't ever get finished.
