Any idea why i am missing 2 Mall points in trust and one in love at the end of chapter 3? Ended chapter 2 with perfect score for her, and in the scene where they are all sunbathing i chose Mall for the 2 love points over getting one with Mall and one with Jaye and in the end i don't get perfect score with her. Followed the walkthrough and then tried different options and nothing...

I may be misremembering, but I suspect you need to compete with Jaye when recovering the Polygene package then team up with Mallory to get her full points. If that's not it, my advice is to consult a walkthrough.
