1st release won't be till next year...Where is "'Firebreak'"? their new project
This game still has 3 updates before they release that.Where is "'Firebreak'"? their new project
I think only 2 left now. The bug fix update is out as 1.01. Next one is the Epilogue. This game still has 3 updates before they release that.
v1.01 is the bugfix release still 3 more to go.I think only 2 left now. The bug fix update is out as 1.01. Next one is the Epilogue.
To be clear, there are at least three updates left: The first will be a mid-cycle update that includes consolidation of the two divergent codebases and a massive cleanup of the earlier chapters and the removal unused images, sounds, etc.
The second will be the epilogue which looks ahead at how your ending pans out. Effectively the final chapter.
The last will be our revamp of the first 2.5 chapters to bring things up to our state of the art. Call it the "remaster."
By next year at this time, we expect to be deep into the development of Firebreak.
ExactlySo, this VN is not COMPLETED, differently from how it's tagged in F95zone. It misses the final chapter, that's the definition of missing the ending.
It's beta complete! Or was it alpha? Not sure anymore....So, this VN is not COMPLETED, differently from how it's tagged in F95zone. It misses the final chapter, that's the definition of missing the ending.
I don't agree with this assessment. The devs chose to release it as the "full base game", otherwise they wouldn't call it an epilogue. The "story" is done. So, this VN is not COMPLETED, differently from how it's tagged in F95zone. It misses the final chapter, that's the definition of missing the ending.
Epilogue: A short addition or concluding section at the end of a literary work, often dealing with the future of its characters.
Yeah, the epilogue is still part of the story though. A "concluding section at the end of a literary work" - not separate to it.I don't agree with this assessment. The devs chose to release it as the "full base game", otherwise they wouldn't call it an epilogue. The "story" is done.
That is what is normally is, is gives you a version of “and then they lived happily ever after”. With whatever is relevant for those characters.Yeah, the epilogue is still part of the story though. A "concluding section at the end of a literary work" - not separate to it.
The "main story" is completed. It has an ending, it has ending credits, it has credit scenes. The main story and game has come to it's conclusion. So, this VN is not COMPLETED, differently from how it's tagged in F95zone. It misses the final chapter, that's the definition of missing the ending.
It doesn't really have an ending. If it was a book, etc it would be one of those ones with those "up in the air" endings that ruins the whole thing. The "main story" is completed. It has an ending, it has ending credits, it has credit scenes. The main story and game has come to it's conclusion.
There are any number of games out there, many of which you have compressed and/or modded, which are in work, yet have credits played at the end of each release, with or without scenes, status pages, outros, pleas for subscription, or whatever else the developer decides to amuse us with at the end of each release. The "main story" is completed. Devs: No lewd for you. Jaye only has eyes for MC. Ignore that she recently fucked Tara on the reg and got turned on by reading about MC fucking Tara. Ignore that she was ok with Mallory and MC making out in front of her (and got turned on by it). Ignore the fact that she finds Lisa attractive.Bianca is fucking incredible. I want her in the harem with Jaye
