Didnt they said they intended to change this and wanted to make the open relationship -> throuple path viable too? I dont get this decision making until today.
While im still able to create a throuple without having done anything sexual with mallory ever, its so stupid and nonsensical

MiltonPowers well the MC and Mal didn't have sex when they went to the cabin. They pretty much just said bye. Guess I actually chose I'd like to see instead of that other one. I was following the walkthrough that Joker made. I guess the walkthrough he did was to get the Jaye ending

That's the problem with walkthrough mods - they are designed (usually) to get you as many lewd scenes as they can. They don't always give you the tips to get the paths you want to get on to.

There were things Sancho did that I didn't like and lots of things I didn't use, but one thing he always did well was put up path descriptions for choices - you could decide whether to save a new route, make notes for a different playthrough, or just maximize lewds. With VNs like this that did the "Steam" thing, with all the achievements and such (many placed on routes of with decisions people wouldn't otherwise make), or where you have to thread a very fine needle to get a desired route, it was nice to have someone that thorough. Will have to see who does the best job now and has good turnaround on updates.

There are 5 endings & the free bird ending depens on witch side girl paths you are.
The free bird ending has multiple versions because of this.
The 4 main paths are:
1 Blended Family (more info HERE):
in a deep love relationship with Jaye and in a deep love relationship with Mallory.
2 Manifest Destiny:
in a deep love relationship with Jaye.
3 Self Determination:
in a deep love relationship with Mallory.
4 Odd Throuple:
in a relationship with Mallory & Amanda.

It ends up that yes, you can actually tell Mal you want to play it by ear, but you still need to tell Jaye you want all the things.
However, it doesn't change much. When Mal and Jaye run into each other in the hall outside MC's bedroom, Mal gracefully bows out and automatically is shifted from "open relationship" to "friend" status. The net result is a few minor point differences and everything after that proceeds the same as if you tell her outright you thought it was about helping her.
It does potentially flow a little better though from a role-play perspective since your discussion with Mal is before the one with Jaye.

Are you serious? Am I really playing MC Male? The supposed main love interest is sleeping with other women. This game is based on a false premise.

On a different topic, I love so see some characters (DAZ model) appear in other games. For example in "No More Money" there is an appearance by "EL JORGE" hauling serious ASS.
