So we are basicly downloading 5,5 GB high res pack and no new content what so ever? 7 months waiting for a none content update or am I wrong here?

Probably are grindier games, but the first "Chloe" game was grindy and that's why I stopped playing it and I never played a "Chloe" game again. I was just asking if the dev has changed the gameplay in the new ones to make them less grindy, to try one of them again. But reading the recent comments, I suppose I have already my answer.
I have no idea how to install the full res pack.
It says " You must download both to have the full patch " ok but which ones ? there are 4 zip to download.

I forgot to copy this game before i format my pc and i lost all my data.

It's not full-full since some stuff won't unlock, and I gave up the grind on some others.
I did not start the halloween party, and did not do the nerd game since futa stuff makes me puke.
WTF happened? I loaded my save and could barely find any new content and it looks like some things(like many actions at school) are gone?

I posted a save a bit earlier, it's got most of the interesting stuff on it I guess it'll help as you'll be able to see the scenes. I can't remember exactly what had to be done for X or Y to happen in the last couple of updates, so I can't really help out either. But, if you've seen the red widow scenes, I recon you probably ain't missing much, if anything at all.
You can check on the laptop for the scenes, and see what's missing though. If you look at the background, as dark and blurry as it is, it might give you an indication of where the scene happens at least.
My game doesn't allow me to free roam with Chloe? For some reason it says it will be in a future update?
This is hands down way better than chloe.
The original chloe plays like a 2015 lesson of passion game. This plays like a very modern VN, with many optimized settings.
There is a grind, but for most of it, you WANT to do the next thing; I would eagerly await for the next week so I could visit mr sex&candy again.
