As much as Chandra has teased us with some type of sexual encounter with her mother (her getting fucked in front of Meredith, MC fucking Meredith, etc.) it would be disappointing if we don't at least get some special renders with those two... Or if we're really lucky, an endgame bonus!

You never know something like that would be more likely than being in the actual game itself. There are so many possibilities with pairings I'm sure it's crossed some minds, personally I'd like to see some Chandra, Abby and Sasha

Ok new to this one and I see the trans tag, did a search and some people are saying it is avoidable, while some are saying it is not, while others say it is optional. So I got to ask is it avoidable and which character is it (don't want any unexpected surprises) or is it a case where it is an option at the start that?

It's avoidable, just go back home with Ellen after meeting her at the disco. The futa character appears later on but in non-sexual scenes

Kleo Love Xavier is a choice you can make in the first episode, totally avoidable. If you avoid it then, you are pretty much off that path.
