Broken Dreamers and Badik are games that you came for the porn but stayed for the plot. They're rare.
I had to laugh out loud at this because it is so very true. Just finished this first playthrough and was taken aback on how good the created world is.

Im curious if someone thought about this too, but do you guys also notice that CoBD releases around the same week DIKS comes out ( previous times, could be this time aswell ) no hating or complaining, better for us 2 of the greatest games in 1 week, was just curious if someone else also noticed it ^^

I agree but unpopular opinion, Broken Dreamers should probably divorce itself from the BaDIK release timeline.

BD would likely have a much larger appeal if it stopped dropping at the same time as BaDIK and getting completely overshadowed. All VN devs should avoid BaDIK's timeline.
Not sure that the close releases have anything to do with the difference in appeal between the two games. Seems more likely that the appeals of the settings play the largest factor. A school setting is one of, if perhaps not the, widest appealing options you could choose for a VN. A dystopian future setting tends to have a much narrower starting appeal. In terms of quality I personally think COBD is the one that overshadows BADIK. But both are great and happy to see them released at any time near or far from each other.

They were never tied really to each other. Any overlap previously are all coincidences and unplanned.

ohhhhh...lmao. I hadn't played this before playing Broken Dreamers. Now I understand why that was a stupid question
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people who are afraid of asking questions when they need answers.

Well, maybe asking where you can buy a living dinosaur is a stupid question.
But I can count exceptions like this one on my fingers :Kappa:

I hope you guys are enjoying your holiday. Expect a little gift of bunnies tomorrow!

I will keep this update short and brief. There are only a couple more scenes to render out and both are somewhat small, along with pickup shots that I have been doing while connecting everything together. The last week has been focused on the writing and code and next will be the same.

I always find this stage is the hardest to estimate, but I think I should have it ready for proof and beta end of this week or the weekend. When it hits that point there are some complex animations I will setup while that is happening and then if time allows chip away at chapter 10.

Remember, the bunnies are coming :p

As always guys, stay awesome!

What unknown woman? Also, in COBD "unknown" characters aren't defined as variables, but as plain text. So you can't change that name through console ,you need to edit the script files
