I'm psure Gloria is canonically 18, we know the date of current events and we see her birthdate at one point, although I don't remember where.
Abby's age is never stated, but Chandra does refer to Abby as "jailbait" which does imply she is 16 or 17, although the player is free to imagine her as 18-19.

That's what I thought too. 24 is typically straight out of Med School and she has her own practice which requires at least a year of postgraduate training to even be considered for a license from the board. She's either a medical genius who graduated ahead, they changed the laws in California, or Philly didn't think too much of it and decided "fuck it 24 sounds good"
I'm actually a bit surprised by everyone with the exception of Ellen and maybe Gloria (as well as Chandra and Abby if we are to believe they're 18ish like Gloria). I was under the impression that we were dealing with a more mature cast here. Mid 30's for the likes of Katie, Victoria, Ellen and Sharon. 40-50 for MC, Sonja, and Henry. Gloria, Abby, and Chandra I could see as 18, but I expected early 20's.
Well, if this is a typical cyberpunk setting, then we should expect most people to be homeless, so she might just be squatting in an abandoned doctors office. Who knows, if she's even licensed at all with her whole backstory about either quitting or getting fired and helping out mercs on the down-low.
I mean, let's be honest here. The deciding factor was probably just that these are "appropriate" porn ages. In porn everyone is either 18 or a milf. The mature archetype starts at the mid-twenties.

"Jailbait" doesn't mean she's not legal. "Jailbait" means she looks younger than she is. I've known a lot of "jailbait" girls, especially during college parties where they dress up like they were mid-20s, looked around 16 and were actually 18. Plus, doesn't the game have the *legal* advised all characters are above 18 or some shit? Yeah, that alove makes it canon Abby is at least 18 yo. But you're free to imagine her as 16-17.
