I'd say never. What makes you think any of that is even characteristic of them? This isn't just a mindless porn game where things just happen for the sake of lewd content. The characters have there own traits and I don't think Ellen and Katie are close enough for Katie to be comfortable with something like that.
If by hate fuck softie kitten while bitch boss watches is referring to Katie and Shanlon then that is probably one of the most unlikely scenario ever to happen. I agree... Chandra is what I would call adventurous, fun loving and a bit of a nymphomaniac. Chandra is a fiercely loyal friend to both Abby and MC. I deeply respect that. There is one additional possibility that I see as plausible... Katie/Gloria/MC. I totally agree on Chandra/Abby/MC and Ellen/Gloria/MC as the most likely candidates. Yet, Katie and Gloria have spent a lot of time stuck together at Betty's place. Pretty sure they would grow close considering the similarities in their personalities. Katie seems to have taken a bit of a big sister role to Gloria although it has not been entirely fleshed out in the narrative due to a multitude of other things happening all at once. Just a thought... thinking out loud...

Calling a pig a pig is not abuse. Anyway... Shanlon aka "Ms. Piggy" thrives on abuse. That's her MO, her usual, what she expects and demands. Pretty sure you are spot on as to Shanlon's motivations in being what she is but I just don't like her as a person! Shanlon is a byproduct of all the evils that are inherent in media and the modern corporate world. I cannot respect Shanlon... not in the least!
