The 1.0 numbering was for the Steam release which was the first half of the game, if you read the change logs you'll see the jump

I just finished Chapter 5, I love the atmosphere, the setting, the characters, the corrupt world to the core in this game, the dickgirl at the beginning, etc.
The only things I didn't like (two silly things) are the year, I feel it's too early 2042 maybe 2200 or a year we can't imagine how it will be in our lifetime but it's obvious that in 18 years things won't change almost nothing and the second thing our character is well armed and prepared but he doesn't wear gloves , I couldn't take seriously the cinematic where it looks like a SWAT assault with a good gun and mask but he will just go with bare hands.
Great game 9/10.
