Judging from the ending, I don't believe so. I think I read somewhere on here that the 14th chapter is split into Part 1 and Part 2. What we just got was Part 1.
But I don't know when Part 2 is supposed to release.

Actually, chapter 13 was splitted into 2 parts, this one released today being Part 2.
Philly has just said on Discord that Chapter 15 will be the last.
