In the commons room, don't know if you can get any other channels than the public access which just wastes 1 hour of time if you watch it. If you have access to other channels the following boosts are available:
- Shopping Channel -> Fashion +1
- Lifetime -> Femininity +1
- Dating Network -> Charm +1
- ESPN -> Dudebuff +1, when dudebuff reaches >10, random debuff on one of the following feminine traits eye/tits/ass/hip/lip or increase on male traits height or dick . There are some other events/stats/items that may decrease/increase the dudebuff counter, like drinking some of potions or flexing your "maleness" in various ways.

Yea QSP isnt so special that W11 would have issues with it, should be fine. Just download and run the correct version of the player, run it, and point it to the QSP game file. Theres a few versions in circulation for various QSP games, but this game requries a specific one. I wouldnt rely on file associations for auto launching the player from double clicking the game file if you ever branch out to other ones.
