If, before teh threesome sex scene you open console and type:
dpmilfcame = 2
dpsupcame = 2
it should get you through the scene much quicker, thus potentially avoiding the memory error.

Thank you EpicLust. This has helped me get past this scene and continue the game. I still would like to find out what is causing the game to crash when switching to certain animations so I can fix it once and for all. One point at the start of above scene with super-senses level 2 watching CaptainMilf lift weights and you see through her clothes, it crashes just as I choose to slow it down.

From the changelog:
- Arkham Asylum location added - fly with Powergirl in the evening to obtain it.

Meaning, go to her room at night when she's around, if she's flying in through the window, the option to fly with her will appear.

Well, I don't know where you are in the game, so it's a bit hard to answer. The changelogs indicate what was added in each version of the game, so chronologically, they tell you what you might have missed (accessible from the main menu screen). I will endeavor to add clearer hints in the game in the next update. Suffice to say, you need to have met She-Hulk (go to lara's room during the day for that), and then finished Supergirl's training, and then go to the gym at nights when Captain MILF is around, provided you have sufficient superpower levels, notably Super-Strength 2, Super-Combat 2 if you are on the good route, or mind control level 1 if you are on the villain route. You also need to have met Harley Quiff. Get a hint from Lois Pane about her, then go on the beat to Porkher Row with Captain Sawyer for this to happen.

Wait for Captain MILF to appear at the gym at night, her icon will be flashing, go there.
Except if you haven't met Harley Quiff yet, which is a prerequisite.

Requirement for hero path with Captain Sawyer:
if mission05end and quest06end and mission06 == False and period == 0 and evilness <= 5:

I should be able to unlock mission 6 via evil path (+7 evil) but I don't get the option with Emma. Am I missing something?

You haven't fucked Emma Frost yet. You should get a dialogue option to fuck her normally, don't you get it? You have to tell her you have reached level02 first to get it.
if all else fails, you can indeed change it in the console by typing frostfucked = True

Turn off voice acting via the preference menu on the main menu screen (press mute all voices button) and you'll see the dialogues.

Not particularly.Although it would be best if you did win it, because I expected that from players...
But it's weird you have the gallery for the two other girls if you failed. Will look into it.

Would happily do so, but no idea how, because no matter what I tried I'd just kept having catwoman tell me the code doesn't work and no way of getting another code. If its not going to cause me any major problems then i'll simply ignore for now. When the game is finished i'll probably replay the game in its entirety like I did with Apocalypse and hope it goes better then.

Hey i have been thinking, since the Game has been in work for about 1.5 years im asking, how much content does it have like in total: something like rough playtime and amount of scenes (just an estimate i dont need real numbers) if its easier maybe a comparison to the older games might be a way to do it.

Im really interested in giving it a try but i would like to see if its currently worth it or if i should keep waiting if for example the ending is about to get released or something like that. Based on the 0.5.1 version i would suspect it being half way to 1.0 but then each Dev decides for themselves how to number their versions so this could as well be the last version before the final version so im really interested how far the development of the game went and how much i can expect in the current version
