Does anybody know how to get it to run in windowed mode? I've tried editing the config file but no matter what it always opens in full screen.

Just hit alt+enter for the windowed mode.

Zippyshare is probably blocking your country. I have moved the extra cg's to nopy. I have no idea what the "bonus scenes" are, and neither did anyone I asked about it, so I have removed that link.
