Also, gotta say well done on the dialogue. You could definitely use an English proofreader, as there's a number of inconsistent spell errors, but as you said it's not your first language, I can only applaud your efforts - I tried learning an additional language several times over the years, only to throw my hands up in exasperation and give up because I couldn't wrap my brain around it. Not my skillset.
I will point out a common one though; you've written 'mayor' instead of 'major' in a number of scenes. Can't pinpoint them in my head (I was playing your game till late at night, till I gave up and just played with cheats because my head was getting frustrated

1. Change the name of the MC?
2. Dev wrote that "3 letters" will not be in the game. But as I understood from the comments, you need to either turn off 1 girl from the game or put up with sharing. This is true? And are there still such pitfalls in the game?
3. Well, the question arising from the previous one. How complete will the story be if I prefer not to touch these girls, and can I play at all if I do?
4. The game has a cheat menu. There is so much grind in the game that it is better to use it or is it just added as a bonus for the laziest? (I am lazy

I don't think any of those should break the game, but I advise to be careful, a lot of these get updated every game loop and changing them won't do much

Actually, I'd love animations, but understood. Not everybody has the time and equipment to make that happen.
