Win 11. Deleting a game folder in AppData and a persistent file in Save folder seems to fix this.

Advanceing in Kate Stories allows MC to search for "Paradise Flowers" in the deep woods in the evening which can be sold at the smoothy bar for quiet a profit naturally.
Also a question from my part:
I couldn't find any mentioning of this... but is there something like a complete list of potential Businesses the MC can buy?
I'd mainly like to know if it would be worth holding back on certain Items considering the chance of eventually get them at a drastically reduced rate (like with the Book and clothing store in the mall)?

Go to the gentleman's lounge at night. I can't remember whether Alex needs to be present. If she's there, try the Alex option and see if another option shows up for the quest. If that doesn't work, try when she's not there and enter the location. One of those two should work, IIRC. (It's been a bit now since I did that quest.)

Alex has to be there at night. The dialogue option opens when you choose to work during this event. Choosing to 'Approach her (no pay)' will continue the thread. The work option is counter-intuitive since I believe its the only time in the game the choice is nested under work without having the tooltip reflect it.

I will take a look, it shouldn't be so unintuitive! Maybe I can change it to just showing up there when alex is there!

EDIT: Just checked it out, you just have to work there right now, Alex location is not relevant. But I will formulate the hint differently!

It's really the only issue I came across at all. The game is probably top 10 on F95 for me. You did a great job and I'm really looking forward to the next updates. I can't stress that this wasn't a huge problem, just frustrating as it happened. The rest of it was so slick and information was readily available so it stood out.
