I've reached day 14 then Jane came home at 3 a.m. when she's drunk. I've tried to do several times for saves because maybe I've got wrong to choose the option. But after when she got accidentaly strip then MC grab, my save cannot load out. It says "TypeError, Cannot set property 'bitmap' of undefined". Please help I wanna continued play it.

Unfortunately, there are instances in the game, where saving is problematic. I'm trying to solve this problem, but it won't fix your save file even if I do. I'm sorry, but you have to load older save file.
The problematic locations are: The Jane's "drunken" sex, any event triggered via "Talk to her" menu option.
Especially problematic it is, when you save the game right before choice box. If it's text box only, then it should save normally.

To start with mrs. Anderson you have to get to her bedroom at 5am. To do that you have to sleep at Joan's bed at 11pm. Then it is easier.

I confess that there has been a while since I have played this, and now I am waiting for its conclusion to play this fully from beggining to end (no pressure, take your time to finish it smoothly), but will we ever gonna get some scenes or story around Ms. Townsley? Because that was what got my attention to this game from the beginning - the possibility to have a student-teacher romance story apart from the cliched classroom fuckfest we see in almost all porn content that features this kind of stuff.

I wish I could tell you, when there will be more of Ms. Townsley. I don't want to develop too many characters at the same time, because then none of them would receive enough content throughout the year. The plan I have right now is to finish the main four characters and the main story. Then start a new project. And from time to time release expansion-like updates for College Life. But that may change in the future. I may release more content for side characters first, then start new project. We'll see. But I want full fledged stories for all side characters. It's just a matter of time.

i feel the same way:
after i wasted (YES: i wrote WASTED) nearly 2 hrs just to find out how to trigger the events, i was really disappointed about the content. Its just 2 scenes and 2 events - overall about 10 images - no animations
together about 2 minutes gameplay (plus 10 minutes timeskipping) after over 1 hour for "searching"....
as much as i like this game, but this is just ridiculous (sorry)

PS: i also got just 1 signature and a text that i should get the rommate too - but no chance to get that 2nd

At the beginning of December I've said that this update will be smaller because of Christmas and other personal stuff. With that being said, you're missing two animations with Kimberly, maybe kissing with mrs. Anderson. Two new animations with Elisabeth (tattoo girl) in her older event and twenty new selfies to collect.
