After spending 20 mins tracing back from Day 9 here is the result:
It's working fine, the question is, which version are you playing? latest version is v0.0.8b which the guide is based off. My guess you are playing with version v0.0.8a ..... Notice the last letter. Please confirm.

I suppose that is the latest version.

- added over 200 new images, over 80 of them expands older events
- rerendered over 80 older images to match with the new ones
- added event for Jane to become best friends
- added event for Jane at the gym
- added event for Jessica Munoz to start romance
- added simple injury system to gym (contains event to visit infirmary)
- added suit for MC, so he can go on a date
- added new sprites for MC and Jessica
- added new simple changing event for Jane at MC's room
- recompressed all images to reduce size under 600MB(even with new content) with minimal quality loss
- forgot, what I have fixed - if anything...
I was to request a skunked version from @Pepé Le Pew ... but when I checked mega it is just over 500mb. Wow, @MikeMasters, not only a very nice game, it is also a nice size. Thank you from someone who have a limited data allocation!!

Nothing new happens after day 18, it's your choice from that day onwards to do whatever you want.
