I just realized that we are so focused on the money that we don't even want to let time for the devs to be the artist that they are first. I understand that we should look at the business side, but it's just that we sometimes neglect the person that create the things we like, because if it starts to feel more like a job than a passion everything will just go wrong.

Story goes like this: Originaly update was supposed to happen in september. Nothing. December, nothing. At the end of january dev said that he is done with renders, only code, text and few renders left. Ok, he also changed his workflow which will make things easier in future. So, 2 months wasnt enough to finish code and text? I dont want to accuse dev, he seems fair and good guy, but i dont understand, how does he think things will go on this way?
