I mean, this way of thinking is the same for old hentais. Because you can also say it has to show us a story and not just porn.
Thinking that a porn game should start slowly is wrong, and that's how old Japaneses eroge where, but now you have porn scenes at the start and they aren't bad for most of them. (And sadly, a lot of western porn games are 20 years late)
If you like a game that will slowly tease you, sure why not. But that's only your personal taste and not "how" a porn game should be.
Besides, I will not say there is "gameplay" in a game with only dialogues and grinding. It's not like those point & click where there is actual gameplay, and a nice story. Here the story is just an excuse to give you erotic scenes.
If the story were well written, I could understand the "it must takes time" logic, but it doesn't apply here.
Surely saying 'If you like a game the will slowly tease you ... But that's only your personal taste' is contradicting you saying that's 'not how a porn game should be.' Surely that's your opinion too? The only real answer is how the games creator wants the game to be. If they wanted it this way then that's the way it 'should be'. If it's not for you then move on, find something to your own taste.
