There's way too much focus on creampie for there not to have an ending where they all get pregnant

This and not nearly enough anal sex, should have made pregnancy a default ending for them all. I'm a big fan of the cream pie, but an even bigger fan of being able to choose where the MC puts his children.There's way too much focus on creampie for there not to have an ending where they all get pregnant

What is the difference between legacy and premium . I just play both but does not a feel any difference?
So was there like an "ending" ending to this game? Because I swore I downloaded the most recent version and I played until everything seems maxed out and completed, and I got to the point where it was sort of a harem, but there didn't seem to be much of a conclusion.
