I have looked at Kate's gallery and have no discoveries, and have already finished her path in this update. Not that I care too much about not having them, but I'm saying it just in case it's a bug. For the rest, I haven't looked at the galleries of the rest of the LIs, so I don't know if I have any discovered images / scenes.

You have to follow the story (talk to Littli and look for ways to blackmail Kate), until at one point you can choose between blackmailing her and helping her (and there Kate's path ends, at least if you choose to help her)

I wouldn't call it blackmail. Littley suggests that the MC use blackmail. The MC can use force, or convince her that she needs help. And these are not necessary plot events, you don't even have to play them.

How do you start construction on the club?

At present when I click on club the 3 Eldoran girls are in there and I can help them clean ... I must have helped them 20+ times, no change.
I see mention in this thread of construction worker outside at 8am, but I don't see outside, just inside.
