Saves are not exactly applicable as there's no real gallery mode. I recommend using a cheat mod.

I use the one with D.S. Sama, it still works - you just need to do latest scenes manually, get money and potions using the mod.

You have to have reached a certain point in their story, but once you have done enough with them in the station, their house should unlock.
