Really not surprised by the massive disappointment of an ending to this game. Mr. C has always had an extremely low output in terms of content. But for when this really became noticeable was when Mr. C added the brand new city, at which point the game completely lost focus. More than doubling the previous cast of characters made it so that the already very little content was spread out super thin.

Mr. C Content Guide:
1. Add New Character(s)
2. Make early-corruption content extremely sparse and make the corruption comically fast.
3. Add a few fully corrupted scenes
4. Repeat from Step 1

I can't help but contrast this game to Sweet Affection, which has a corruption pace that it is wayyyy too slow for me (although there is a lot of care put into it, which I can respect.) It would have been nice if Mr. C struck a balance between the wait-a-year-to-get-a-new-corruption-level slowness of Sweet Affection, and the breakneck pace and hastiness that this game ended up having (which wasn't completely the case at the beginning.)

Oof...I was expecting a bit more tbh. On the one hand, he did connect this to LV, which makes it a little better. I wonder if he would release some assets that would allow modders to fill in the gaps though.
On the other hand, I'm glad he followed through and finished the game, more or less.
Quite a few character cards are already out there. I found a few and attached them in this post. But there's so many character cards that hunting for even just the original main cast from the first city would take a lot of time, and I'm not interested in that at the moment.

1. That's amazing thank you for sharing! 2. How do you go about looking for them?

Oof, I'm glad I never ended up subscribing to this guy. I've enjoyed the game since day 1, but the updates just kept expanding the roster of girls, and I kept thinking about how difficult it was going to be for him to wrap everything together in the end. I suppose the writing's been on the walls that he just wouldn't wrap everything up, but this is even less than I thought he'd do for an ending.

It's just a bunch of random "what if" scenarios and an official ending that doesn't even feature the main character or the women he corrupted. It can hardly be called an ending at all. The family ending is the only one that even features all of the women, and even then it only actually has a scene with the mom and sister.

I wanted an ending where he actually took over the city, and I wanted to be able to see him walk around the town admiring his handiwork, along with one final stage of corruption for each woman in the roster, going over their new role in the fully corrupted society.

Deep down I knew I'd be disappointed, but this "ending" is beyond my worst expectations.

I d like to say it ends casually and i dont think such an update cost six month.
it is disappointing.
How do you think this game should end? This game is not the type of narrative that would have a big climax. Should Satan finally appear and pat us on the back for corrupting the entire town and then usher us off to our next mission? Maybe just an overview with stills, Fallout-style, showing how each group ended up? That would be nice, actually. At least SOME closure or finality.

I always felt this game was a "journey over destination" type thing and never saw much need for an ending after we become Mayor. That seem like the "end" to me.

But I do feel ya.
